AI Maturity Program

Choose where you want to be with AI. We'll get you there.

We measure where your business really stands. You choose the level to reach and how fast. Then one fixed monthly price until you arrive, with guaranteed deliverables every month.

Why it matters

Most businesses are using AI. Few are getting the value — or have it under control.

Staff sign up for their own tools, paste company data into them, and build their own private versions of the same work. Nobody owns it, nothing is measured, and there's no single source of truth. The program fixes that in order: make it safe, make it useful, make it measurable.

What small and midsize businesses say they need help with — and what the program delivers

Share of SMB decision-makers wanting outside help with each, from the GTIA End-User AI Adoption study, 2026 (520 business decision-makers). Half already work with an outside partner on AI.

The model

Six dimensions. Five levels.

We score your business from 1 to 5 on each dimension. Your overall level is your lowest score — great tools don't make up for missing governance.

STR

Strategy & Leadership

An executive owner, a clear reason to use AI, and a budget to match.

DAT

Data Foundations

Data that's findable, trustworthy, and permissioned before AI can see it.

PLT

Platforms & Tools

Business-grade AI tools, configured and connected to the systems you run on.

GOV

Security & Governance

Rules, controls, and visibility so AI doesn't leak data or break commitments.

PPL

People & Skills

Staff who know how to use AI well, and safely, in their actual jobs.

VAL

Use Cases & Value

AI doing measurable work, with results tracked, not just tried.

  1. 1 Unaware No intentional AI use. Staff may be using consumer tools on their own.
  2. 2 Exploring Some sanctioned experiments, but no strategy, budget, or rules.
  3. 3 Piloting A few uses in production, with an owner, a policy, and measured results.
  4. 4 Operating AI is part of how core processes run, with a portfolio, a budget, and governance.
  5. 5 Transforming AI shapes the business model and products, and improvement is continuous.

How it works

Assess, choose, climb.

1. Assess

An in-depth assessment: a leadership survey, an anonymous staff pulse, interviews, and a read-only review of how your systems are actually configured — not just what people tell us. You get a maturity report, a roadmap, and a draft AI-use policy. It has a small fee, credited in full if you start the program within 30 days.

2. Choose

You decide how far up the ladder to go and how fast — say, level 3 in nine months. We price it as one fixed monthly fee for a set number of months, with the roadmap to get there written down.

3. Climb

Each month: the next deliverables, agreed in writing up front, a scorecard and executive briefing, a staff session, and advisory support. Every quarter we re-measure, and a final assessment confirms you've arrived.

What a month delivers

Real work, with a definition of done.

Each deliverable is chosen to move a specific dimension up a level. A few examples:

Make it safe

Lock down oversharing in your shared drives and document libraries, enforce multi-factor sign-in, roll out sensitivity labels and data loss prevention, and publish an AI-use policy staff actually understand.

Make it useful

Choose the right AI assistant for your business, roll it out to the right people once the data is ready, train each role on its real tasks, and connect your business systems so one chat can answer across all of them.

Make it one source of truth

Build a company knowledge base — a second brain for the business — that people and AI both draw from, and teach staff to keep their own notes in a way that feeds it instead of fragmenting it.

Make your people more powerful

Capture how your best people do the work — quoting, month-end, onboarding a client — as reusable skills for your AI agents, and teach staff to build their own. Everyone gets the expert version, every time.

Bring your own model

Use the AI you want. We'll make it work for your business.

We don't sell one assistant. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or open models you host yourself — we help you choose on capability, cost, and data terms, and you can use more than one.

Never locked in

  • Open standards. Your integrations are built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Enterprise, and Microsoft 365 Copilot agents can all connect to.
  • Your knowledge, in plain files. Your second brain and agent skills are portable text, not trapped in one vendor's app.
  • Switch when it makes sense. When a better model comes out, you change the model, not the work.

Pricing

Choose the level. Set the pace. Your price is fixed until you get there.

There are no packages to squeeze into. Your plan is built from your assessment, around two choices you make.

Your destination

The level you want to reach

On every dimension, or just the ones that matter most to you — for example, Security & Governance to level 4 before rolling AI out widely.

Your pace

How fast you want to get there

A faster climb means more delivered each month. A steadier one keeps the monthly price lower. Either way, the plan says exactly what arrives when.

AI tool licences (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and others) are billed by the vendor and aren't part of the fee. Talk to us to start with an assessment.

The guarantee

If it takes us longer, the extra months are on us.

Your plan sets the level and the number of months, and “arrived” is measured with the same assessment we started with — not argued over. If we need longer, you don't pay for the extra months.

  • Every month, in writing. We agree what's due and what “done” means. Miss a deliverable and you get a credit on your next invoice.
  • Fair on both sides. If we're waiting on you — access, a decision, people's time — the clock pauses.
  • Yours to keep. Every document, policy, and line of code we deliver.

When you get there, we'll talk about the next level — or about keeping what you've built running.

Why ArchIQ

The same team that assesses your business does the work: the security fixes, the rollouts, the integrations. We're a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, and we build our own software with frontier AI models every day, so the advice comes from practice, not slides.
